【摘要】：目的研究奧曲肽與垂體后葉素合用在治療肝硬化上消化道出血中的作用。方法以某院消化內(nèi)科2011年3月-2013年12月收治的80例肝硬化上消化道出血患者作為研究對象,根據(jù)是否聯(lián)合使用奧曲肽和垂體后葉素將患者分為實驗組和對照組,每組各40例;在一般對癥支持治療的基礎(chǔ)上,實驗組患者采用奧曲肽與垂體后葉素聯(lián)合治療,對照組僅采取奧曲肽治療,比較2組患者治療有效率、止血時間、不良反應(yīng)等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果實驗組40例患者中,38例有效,有效率為95.0%,對照組40例患者中,28例有效,有效率為70.0%,兩者差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。實驗組平均止血時間為(36.2±10.7)h,對照組平均止血時間為(48.3±11.6)h,兩者差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論奧曲肽與垂體后葉素聯(lián)合使用治療肝硬化上消化道出血在治療有效率、止血時間上效果顯著,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率與單用奧曲肽相比也無明顯差異,此方案值得在臨床上進(jìn)一步推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of octreotide combined with pituitrin in the treatment of liver cirrhosis upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. According to the combination of octreotide and pituitrin, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group. On the basis of general supportive therapy, patients in the experimental group were treated with octreotide combined with pituitrin. The control group was treated with octreotide only, and the effective rate, hemostatic time and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate was 95.0 in 38 out of 40 patients in the experimental group and 28 in 40 patients in the control group. The average hemostasis time in the experimental group was 36.2 鹵10.7h, and the average hemostasis time in the control group was 48.3 鹵11.6h.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion there is no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Octreotide combined with pituitrin in the treatment of liver cirrhosis upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the treatment of the effective rate, The time of hemostasis was significant, and the incidence of adverse reactions was not significantly different from that of octreotide alone.
