【摘要】：正Zenke憩室是咽與食管移行處管壁向外突出而形成的囊袋狀結(jié)構(gòu),常位于下咽縮肌與環(huán)咽肌之間的左后方,為下咽部良性病變,最常見的臨床癥狀為不同程度的吞咽困難及反流。國外多見,國內(nèi)臨床報道極少�，F(xiàn)將湖北民族學(xué)院附屬民大醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科經(jīng)胃鏡發(fā)現(xiàn)的1例巨大Zenker憩室報道如下:
[Abstract]:The positive Zenke diverticulum is a cystic pouch structure formed by the outward projection of the wall of the pharynx and esophagus. It is usually located at the left rear between the hypopharyngeal contractile muscle and the annular pharynx muscle, and is a benign lesion in the hypopharyngeal region. The most common clinical symptoms are dysphagia and regurgitation to varying degrees. There are many cases in foreign countries and few clinical reports in China. A case of giant Zenker diverticulum discovered by gastroscope in the Department of Gastroenterology, affiliated to Hubei University for nationalities, is reported as follows:
