【摘要】：目的通過對綿陽地區(qū)獻血前HBsAg快檢及獻血后血液篩查確證試驗結果進行聯合分析,更準確的研究獻血者中HBV的真實流行情況。方法收集綿陽市中心血站2015年1-8月的獻血前HBsAg快檢反應陽性樣品,并且從征得同意的反應陽性獻血者抽取靜脈血樣進行HBsAg確證中和試驗。從血站檢驗科收集獻血后HBs Ag的篩查反應陽性樣品進行HBsAg確證中和試驗。最后利用獻血前和獻血后的確證結果估算HBV的流行率。結果2015年1-8月,綿陽59.4%(177/298)的獻血前HBsAg快檢反應樣本成功采集并進行了確證試驗,其確證陽性率為95.5%(169/177)。2015年全年獻血后59.0%血液篩查反應樣本中和試驗陽性(249/422)。2015年綿陽市中心血站共有45 424位獻血者,其中獻血前快檢陽性者422人,通過推算獻血前和獻血后的確證陽性數計算綿陽地區(qū)獻血者中總的HBV流行率為1.44%。結論獻血前HBsAg的快檢有效地阻止從HBV感染獻血者中采集血液,目前的快檢有著較高的特異性。同時,快檢漏檢的HBV感染獻血者也能在獻血后的HBsAg篩查中被檢測出來。本研究結合獻血前HBsAg快檢淘汰和獻血后HBsAg反應獻血者數據估算了綿陽地區(qū)獻血者中的真實的HBsAg流行率,提供了1個中國獻血者的HBV流行率調查新模型。
[Abstract]:Objective through the joint analysis of blood screening confirmatory test results in Mianyang blood before and after blood donation HBsAg quick detection, more accurate studies of blood donors HBV real epidemic situation.
