3D-SPACE序列磁共振胰膽管顯影診斷膽囊及膽總管結(jié)石

【摘要】:目的比較三維可變翻轉(zhuǎn)角的快速自旋回波(3D-SPACE)與三維傳統(tǒng)快速自旋回波(3D-TSE)及二維快速自旋回波(2D-TSE)序列磁共振胰膽管顯影(MRCP)用于顯示膽囊及膽總管結(jié)石的圖像質(zhì)量。方法采用呼吸導(dǎo)航的3D-SPACE序列和傳統(tǒng)3D-TSE序列及屏氣采集的2D-TSE對10名健康志愿者(對照組)和22例膽道結(jié)石患者(患者組)行MRCP,比較3種成像方法的圖像采集時間、膽總管CNR、胰膽管影像質(zhì)量、及對結(jié)石的顯示情況。結(jié)果在患者組及對照組中,3D-SPACE膽總管CNR均明顯高于傳統(tǒng)2D-TSE、3D-TSE序列(P均0.05);3D-SPACE序列圖像質(zhì)量評分、運(yùn)動偽影、膽總管、左右肝內(nèi)膽管、主胰管評分均明顯高于2D-TSE、3D-TSE序列(P均0.05);3D-SPACE序列影像采集時間均較傳統(tǒng)3D-TSE序列減少,患者組減少(20.90±0.21)%,對照組減少(23.09±0.12)%。2D-TSE序列用時最短,SPACE序列原始像對膽囊及膽總管結(jié)石顯示最優(yōu)。結(jié)論相比于2D-TSE-MRCP、3D-TSE-MRCP序列,3D-SPACEMRCP影像質(zhì)量更好,其原始影像更適用于顯示膽囊和膽管結(jié)石,但圖像采集時間長于2D-TSE。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare 3D-SPACE-3D-SPACE-3D-SPACE-3D-SPACE-3D-SPACE-3D-SPACE-3D-TSE-3D-TSE-3D-TSE-3D-SPACE-3D-SPACE-3D-SPACE-3D-SPACE-3D-TSE-2D-TSE-MRCPC to display the quality of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis. Methods MRCPs were performed in 10 healthy volunteers (control group) and 22 patients with cholelithiasis by using 3D-Space sequence of respiratory navigation and 3D-TSE sequence of traditional 3D-TSE sequence and 2D-TSE sequence of breath-holding. The time of image acquisition by three imaging methods was compared. Results CNR of common bile duct, cholangiopancreatopancreatic cholangiopancreatic duct and cholelithiasis in patients and control group were significantly higher than those in traditional 2D-TSE 3D-TSE sequence (P 0.05), motion artifacts, common bile duct, left and right intrahepatic bile duct. The score of main pancreatic duct was significantly higher than that of 2D-TSE 3D-TSE sequence (P < 0.05) and the time of 3D-Space image acquisition was lower than that of traditional 3D-TSE sequence. In the control group, the reduction of 20.90 鹵0.21% and the reduction of 23.09 鹵0.12% in the control group were found to be the best in displaying cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis with the shortest space sequence. Conclusion compared with the 2D-TSE-MRCP 3D-TSE-MRCP sequence, 3D-SPACEMRCP is better than the 2D-TSE-MRCP sequence, and the original image is more suitable for displaying cholecystolithiasis and cholelithiasis. But the time of image acquisition is longer than that of 2D-TSE.
