【摘要】：目的:比較2型糖尿病(2-DM)患者與非2-DM人群干眼的患病率差異,并分析影響干眼的2型糖尿病相關(guān)指標。方法:選取2014-03/2015-05于我院內(nèi)分泌科就診的2-DM者80例(觀察組),門診體檢中心的正常體檢者98例(對照組)。參照WHO干眼診斷標準,統(tǒng)計分析兩組患者干眼的患病率。將觀察組患者分別依據(jù)糖尿病病程、年齡、性別以及血糖控制情況分組,組內(nèi)分析其干眼患病率有無差別。結(jié)果:觀察組患者干眼的患病率為49%(39/80),顯著高于對照組(29%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。2-DM患者隨年齡、病程以及血糖水平增加,其干眼患病率升高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。不同性別患者之間干眼患病率無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:2-DM患者干眼患病率高于正常人群,且隨患者年齡、病程及血糖水平增加而升高,但不同性別間其患病率無明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the prevalence of dry eye in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and non 2-DM patients, and to analyze the related indexes of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: 80 cases of 2-DM were selected from the endocrine department of our hospital in 2014-03 / 2015-05 (observation group, 98 cases of outpatient physical examination center) (control group).According to WHO dry eye diagnostic criteria, the prevalence of dry eye in two groups was statistically analyzed.According to the course of diabetes, age, sex and blood glucose control, the patients in the observation group were divided into two groups.Results: the prevalence rate of dry eye in the observation group was 49 / 39 / 80, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant with age, course of disease and blood glucose level increasing, and the prevalence of dry eye was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in dry eye prevalence among different genders (P 0.05).Conclusion the prevalence rate of dry eye in patients with 2-DM was higher than that in normal subjects, and increased with age, course of disease and blood glucose level, but there was no significant difference between the two sexes.
