實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康?CO2點(diǎn)陣激光技術(shù)是一種應(yīng)用于瘢痕的新型微創(chuàng)治療手段,本課題通過(guò)雌性紅色杜洛克豬(The Female Red Duroc Pig,FRDP)植皮后瘢痕模型研究臨床常用的兩種不同模式(低能量高密度,高能量低密度)的CO2點(diǎn)陣激光治療模式的療效差異,探究?jī)煞N不同模式的CO2點(diǎn)陣激光治療瘢痕和改善瘢痕外觀的機(jī)制,以及評(píng)估聯(lián)合使用兩種模式是否能取得更好的治療效果,為臨床上面對(duì)不同種類(lèi)的瘢痕選擇合適的CO2點(diǎn)陣激光模式提供依據(jù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容:1,在FRDP身上建立植皮后瘢痕模型,觀察FRDP植皮后瘢痕模型的外觀特征,生物學(xué)特性以及組織學(xué)特點(diǎn)。2,使用兩種CO2點(diǎn)陣激光模式(淺層次高密度,深層次低密度)分別治療FRDP植皮后瘢痕,分析兩次激光治療后兩種模式所產(chǎn)生的療效差異。評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)包括:主觀評(píng)估,厚度,面積,彈性,平整度,顏色以及組織學(xué)檢測(cè)。3,使用兩種CO2點(diǎn)陣激光模式(淺層次高密度,深層次低密度)疊加治療FRDP植皮后瘢痕,分析聯(lián)合模式是否能達(dá)到更佳的療效。評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)包括:主觀評(píng)估,厚度,面積,彈性,平整度,顏色以及組織學(xué)檢測(cè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì):一.模型構(gòu)建與實(shí)驗(yàn)分組3月齡FRDP,以脊柱分為左...
