【摘要】：目的研究氫嗎啡酮對(duì)中重度癌癥疼痛患者鎮(zhèn)痛療效及生命質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的中重度癌癥疼痛患者25例作為研究對(duì)象,觀察氫嗎啡酮對(duì)中重度癌癥疼痛患者的總有效率、疼痛療效、生命特征等的影響。結(jié)果氫嗎啡酮治療中重度癌癥疼痛患者的顯效率為72%(18/25)、有效率為24%(6/25),治療總有效率為96%(24/25);氫嗎啡酮治療中重度癌癥疼痛患者前后SF-36量表評(píng)分在總分、情感職能、活力方面明顯比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論中重度癌癥疼痛患者應(yīng)用氫嗎啡酮進(jìn)行鎮(zhèn)痛治療,療效良好,生命質(zhì)量高,具有極大的推廣價(jià)值,應(yīng)大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of hydromorphine on analgesia and quality of life in patients with moderate and severe cancer pain.
