【摘要】:正背景手術(shù)室層流通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)預(yù)防手術(shù)部位感染的作用被廣泛討論,但當(dāng)前指南未反映出最新的研究成果,因此,有大量研究對(duì)比分析層流通風(fēng)與常規(guī)通風(fēng)方式對(duì)降低手術(shù)部位感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)效果的差異。方法檢索MEDLINE,Embase,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials及WHO regional medical databases 1990年1月1日—2014年
[Abstract]:Background the effect of laminar flow ventilation system on prevention of surgical site infection has been widely discussed, but the current guidelines do not reflect the latest research results. Therefore, there are a large number of studies and comparative analysis of the effect of laminar flow ventilation and conventional ventilation on reducing the risk of surgical site infection. Methods MEDLINE,Embase,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials and WHO regional medical databases were searched from January 1, 1990 to 2014.
