異氟烷預(yù)處理增強大鼠海馬內(nèi)M2型小膠質(zhì)細胞活化減輕電磁脈沖所致神經(jīng)損傷
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe whether isohalothane pretreatment can improve neuronal injury induced by electromagnetic pulse by enhancing the activation of M2 microglia in rat hippocampus and reducing inflammation. Methods: 24 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (CON group), isohalothane pretreatment group (IP group), electromagnetic pulse irradiation group (EMP group) and isohalothane pretreatment plus electromagnetic pulse irradiation group (IP EMP group). Nissl staining was performed 24 hours after irradiation, the expression of M2 microglia marker Arg-1 was detected by Western Blot and immunofluorescence histochemical staining, and the contents of TNF- 偽 and IL-1 尾 in hippocampus were measured by ELISA. Results: compared with CON group, the nainite of dentate gyrus granulosa cells in EMP group was significantly lower than that in EMP group, while that in, IP EMP group was significantly higher than that in EMP group. Western Blot results showed that the expression of Arg-1 protein in hippocampus of EMP group was significantly lower than that of CON group (P 0.05), and the expression of Arg-1 protein in, IP EMP group was significantly higher than that of EMP group (P 0.05). The results of immunofluorescence staining showed that the expression of Arg-1 in hippocampus of EMP group was lower than that of CON group, while the expression of Arg-1 in, IP EMP group was significantly higher than that of EMP group. The contents of TNF- 偽 and IL-1 尾 in hippocampal tissue of EMP group were higher than those of CON group (P 0.05). The contents of TNF- 偽 and IL-1 尾 in brain tissue of), IP EMP group were lower than those of EMP group (P 0.05). Conclusion: isofluoroalkane pretreatment can reduce the content of inflammatory factors in brain tissue and reduce neuronal injury induced by EMP by increasing M2 microglia.
