【摘要】：目的:分析舒筋活血片聯(lián)合玻璃酸鈉治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎臨床效果及對滑膜液炎癥因子的影響。方法:以我院2014年11月~2016年10月收治的126例膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者為研究對象,隨機(jī)原則分為對照組和治療組,各63例。兩組均接受玻璃酸鈉注射治療,觀察組另給予舒筋活血片治療,分析兩組的療效和炎癥指標(biāo)變化以及安全性。結(jié)果:(1)觀察組總有效率為90.48%,明顯高于對照組71.43%。治療后,觀察組Lysholm膝關(guān)節(jié)評分、WOMAC評分和關(guān)節(jié)VAS評分分別為(85.24±6.01、28.59±4.29、2.19±0.55)分,均優(yōu)于對照組(73.29±5.53、40.25±4.58、3.16±0.65)分。(3)治療后,觀察組滑膜液炎癥因子IL-6、TNF-ɑ和hs-CRP水平分別為(112.5±18.5pg/ml、0.45±0.08μg/ml、6.16±1.73μg/ml),均明顯低于對照組(141.0±22.4pg/m、0.63±0.09μg/ml、8.39±1.82μg/ml)。(4)治療期間,觀察組不良反應(yīng)比例為1.59%,低于對照組6.35%,但組間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:舒筋活血片可提高膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎治療效果,減輕炎癥和疼痛感。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of Shujin Huoxue tablet combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its effect on inflammatory factors in synovial fluid. Methods: 126 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from November 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 63) and treatment group (n = 63). Both groups were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection, and the observation group was treated with Shujin Huoxue tablet. The curative effect, inflammatory index and safety of the two groups were analyzed. Results: (1) the total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 48%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71. 43%).
