【摘要】：目的:觀察分析全關(guān)節(jié)鏡下修復(fù)肩袖損傷術(shù)后,術(shù)后1個(gè)月內(nèi)舒筋活血湯加減輔助治療的臨床效果。方法:以選取我科2013年1月-2016年2月收治的22例有肩袖損傷的病人為研究對(duì)象,其中11例患者在常規(guī)治療及手術(shù)治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用舒筋活血湯治療,做為治療組;另外11例患者僅采用常規(guī)治療及手術(shù)治療,記為對(duì)照組。觀察術(shù)后1周、2周、4周患側(cè)肩關(guān)節(jié)疼痛及功能評(píng)分的變化。結(jié)果:通過觀察比較兩組患者術(shù)后1周、2周、4周肩關(guān)節(jié)疼痛值、功能評(píng)分,分析舒筋活血湯加減的臨床療效。結(jié)果兩組術(shù)后1周、2周、4周肩關(guān)節(jié)疼痛值、功能評(píng)分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:舒筋活血湯加減輔助手術(shù)治療,臨床效果顯著,術(shù)后患者康復(fù)快。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and analyze the clinical effect of Shujin Huoxue decoction within 1 month after total arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff injury. Methods: from January 2013 to February 2016, 22 patients with rotator cuff injury were selected as the research object. Among them, 11 patients were treated with Shujin Huoxue decoction on the basis of routine treatment and surgical treatment. The other 11 patients were treated with routine treatment and operation only, which were recorded as the control group. The changes of shoulder pain and function score were observed at 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation. Results: the shoulder pain and functional score of the two groups were observed and compared at 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation, and the clinical efficacy of Shujin Huoxue decoction was analyzed. Results there were significant differences in shoulder pain and functional score between the two groups at 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation (P 0.05). Conclusion: Shujin Huoxue decoction adds and subtracts auxiliary operation treatment, the clinical effect is remarkable, and the patient recovers quickly after operation.
