【摘要】：目的探討針對(duì)急性踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷患者采用七葉皂苷鈉注射液靜滴聯(lián)合低頻脈沖電療的臨床效果。方法選取2013年12月至2014年6月本院骨外科收治的60例急性踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷患者,隨機(jī)分為A組(常規(guī)治療)、B組(七葉皂苷鈉靜滴)、C組(低頻脈沖電療)與D組(靜滴聯(lián)合電療)各15例,比較四組患者治療后癥狀與體征改善程度,并開展臨床分析與總結(jié)。結(jié)果B組、C組與D組患者的癥狀、體征評(píng)分及臨床總有效率均顯著好于A組,但D組患者上述情況與其他三組比較具有明顯差異,均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論針對(duì)急性踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷患者采用七葉皂苷鈉靜滴聯(lián)合低頻脈沖電療可顯著緩解相關(guān)癥狀與體征,對(duì)預(yù)后療效提升具有積極促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of sodium aescin injection combined with low frequency pulse electrotherapy in patients with acute ankle sprain. Methods from December 2013 to June 2014, 60 patients with acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into group A (routine treatment of), B group (sodium aescin sodium intravenous drip), and 60 patients with acute ankle sprain treated in our hospital from December 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into group A (routine treatment group). There were 15 cases in group C (low frequency pulse electrotherapy) and 15 cases in group D (intravenous drip combined with electrotherapy). The improvement of symptoms and signs in group C (low frequency pulse electrotherapy) and group D (intravenous drip combined electrotherapy) were compared, and the clinical analysis and summary were carried out. Results the symptoms, physical signs and total clinical effective rate of group B, group C and group D were significantly better than those of group A, but the above situation of group D was significantly different from that of the other three groups (P 0.05). Conclusion intravenous infusion of sodium aescin combined with low frequency pulse electrotherapy can significantly alleviate the related symptoms and signs in patients with acute ankle sprain, and has a positive effect on the improvement of prognosis.
