【摘要】：正脊柱外科手術(shù)常伴隨著大量失血的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),術(shù)中大量失血可以造成患者血流動(dòng)力學(xué)不穩(wěn)定,增加手術(shù)并發(fā)癥,甚至危及生命,因此常需要補(bǔ)充足夠的異體血液來維持血容量、糾正貧血。然而,大量的異體輸血會(huì)增加免疫性及傳染性疾病發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),部分受血者可能發(fā)生輸血相關(guān)性肺損傷、腎功能衰竭、心肌梗死等嚴(yán)重輸血反應(yīng),甚至危及生命[1、2]。如何控制術(shù)中血液的丟失已成為脊柱外科手術(shù)中管理策略的焦點(diǎn)之一。有效減少術(shù)中出血不但能夠保障患者
[Abstract]:Orthotopic spinal surgery is often associated with the risk of massive blood loss. A large amount of blood loss during the operation can cause hemodynamic instability, increase operative complications, and even endanger life, so it is often necessary to supplement sufficient allogeneic blood to maintain blood volume.
