【摘要】：目的探討開放式前入路腹股溝疝修補術后并發(fā)癥的超聲診斷價值。方法對164例因開放式前入路腹股溝疝修補術后出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥的患者,通過超聲檢查明確術后并發(fā)癥的病因,按并發(fā)癥出現(xiàn)的時間軸進行分組比較。結果包裹性積液和陰囊壁水腫在術后1年組的發(fā)生率更高,復發(fā)疝和補片變形皺縮在術后≥1年組發(fā)生率更高,補片變形皺縮和精索在重建內(nèi)環(huán)口活動受限在術后1~5年組的發(fā)生率更高(P0.05)。包裹性積液合并陰囊壁水腫、精索靜脈曲張合并精索在重建內(nèi)環(huán)口處活動受限及補片變形皺縮合并復發(fā)疝的發(fā)生率在各自分組內(nèi)存在顯著差異(P0.05)。結論術后不同時間段內(nèi)出現(xiàn)的并發(fā)癥類型有所不同,部分并發(fā)癥常合并出現(xiàn),臨床醫(yī)師需要結合超聲檢查進行診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of complications after inguinal hernia repair by open anterior approach. Methods 164 patients with complications after open anterior inguinal hernia repair were studied. The causes of complications were determined by ultrasonography. The complications were divided into groups according to the time axis of complications. Results the incidence of encapsulated effusion and edema of scrotum wall was higher in the group of 1 year after operation, and the incidence of recurrent hernia and deformity of patch was higher in the group of 鈮，
