【摘要】：正粒細(xì)胞肉瘤(granulocytic sarcoma,GS)也稱髓細(xì)胞肉瘤(myeloid sarcoma,MS),是一種罕見的由未成熟髓系細(xì)胞在髓外增生浸潤而形成的實體惡性腫瘤。好發(fā)于軟組織、皮膚、腹膜、淋巴結(jié)~([1]),也可發(fā)生于中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、骨骼、胃腸道、前列腺、睪丸、乳腺等部位~([2]),女性生殖系統(tǒng)更少見。該病診斷困難,為提高對GS的臨床、病理特征的認(rèn)識,避免誤診誤治,尋找診斷和治療的方法。本文總結(jié)
[Abstract]:Normal granulocytic sarcoma (granulocytic sarcoma,GS), also known as myeloid sarcoma (myeloid sarcoma,MS), is a rare solid malignant tumor formed by the proliferation and infiltration of immature myeloid cells. It usually occurs in soft tissue, skin, peritoneum, lymph node, central nervous system, bone, gastrointestinal tract, prostate, testis, mammary gland and so on. Female reproductive system is more rare. It is difficult to diagnose this disease. In order to improve the understanding of the clinical and pathological features of GS, to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment, to find the method of diagnosis and treatment. This article summarizes
