【摘要】：目的探討內(nèi)固定和關(guān)節(jié)置換手術(shù)應(yīng)用在老年股骨粗隆間骨折中應(yīng)用效果及臨床價(jià)值。方法回顧性選取2016年6月~2018年4月我院治療老年股骨粗隆間骨折患者110例,根據(jù)治療方案不同分為對(duì)照組和觀察組。對(duì)照組患者采用內(nèi)固定治療,觀察組采取關(guān)節(jié)置換手術(shù)治療,分析兩組患者治療情況。結(jié)果觀察組優(yōu)良率為94.55%,對(duì)照組優(yōu)良率為80.00%,組間對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P 0.05)。觀察組手術(shù)時(shí)間,下地時(shí)間,住院時(shí)間,疼痛評(píng)分分均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P 0.05)。結(jié)論關(guān)節(jié)置換手術(shù)應(yīng)用在老年股骨粗隆間骨折中優(yōu)良率優(yōu)于內(nèi)固定手術(shù),可以縮短住院時(shí)間和骨折愈合時(shí)間,值得在臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the effect and clinical value of internal fixation and joint replacement in the old intertrochanteric fracture of the femur. Methods 110 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur from June 2016 to April 2018 were retrospectively selected, and the control group and the observation group were divided according to the treatment protocol. The patients in the control group were treated with internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with joint replacement surgery, and the treatment of the two groups was analyzed. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 94.55%, the excellent rate of the control group was 80.00%, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The operative time, time, hospital and pain scores of the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion The excellent and good rate of joint replacement operation in the old femoral intertrochanteric fracture is superior to that of internal fixation, and the time of hospital stay and fracture healing can be shortened, and it is worth to be popularized in clinic.
