【摘要】：目的比較自體焦痂與異種脫細(xì)胞真皮微粒皮膚移植術(shù)治療皮膚燒傷的療效。方法選擇2014年1月至2015年1月新鄉(xiāng)市第二人民醫(yī)院收治的皮膚燒傷患者24例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組12例,對(duì)照組患者接受異種脫細(xì)胞真皮微粒皮膚移植術(shù),觀察組患者行自體焦痂微粒皮膚移植術(shù),觀察2組患者覆蓋物外觀變化、微粒皮膚存活情況及術(shù)后愈合情況。結(jié)果觀察組和對(duì)照組患者殘留創(chuàng)面分別為(21.3±4.3)%和(34.8±3.4)%,觀察組患者殘留創(chuàng)面顯著小于對(duì)照組(t=8.531,P0.05)。觀察組和對(duì)照組患者創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間分別為(66.3±13.1)d和(53.7±15.3)d,觀察組患者創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間顯著長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組(t=2.199,P0.05);觀察組和對(duì)照組患者創(chuàng)面愈合率分別為(89.7±23.2)%和(70.3±21.4)%,觀察組患者創(chuàng)面愈合率顯著高于對(duì)照組(t=2.158,P0.05)。觀察組和對(duì)照組患者滿意度評(píng)分分別為23.1±5.7和17.8±5.5,觀察組患者滿意度評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組(t=2.274,P0.05)。結(jié)論自體焦痂微粒皮膚移植術(shù)治療皮膚燒傷創(chuàng)面愈合率較高,外觀較好,其療效優(yōu)于異種脫細(xì)胞真皮微粒皮膚移植術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of autologous scab and xenograft acellular dermal microskin grafting in the treatment of skin burn. Methods from January 2014 to January 2015, 24 patients with skin burn were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 12) and the observation group (n = 12), and the control group (n = 12) received xenograft acellular dermal microskin grafting. The patients in the observation group were treated with autologous scab microskin grafting. The changes of the covering appearance, the survival of the microparticle skin and the healing after operation were observed in the two groups. Results the residual wounds in the observation group and the control group were (21.3 鹵4.3)% and (34.8 鹵3.4)%, respectively. The residual wounds in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t = 8.531, P0.05). The time of wound healing in observation group and control group was (66.3 鹵13.1) days and (53.7 鹵15.3) days, respectively. The time of wound healing in observation group was significantly longer than that in control group (t = 2.199, P0.05). The wound healing rate in observation group and control group was (89.7 鹵23.2)% and (70.3 鹵21.4)%, respectively. The wound healing rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (t = 2.158, P0.05). The satisfaction scores of patients in observation group and control group were 23.1 鹵5.7 and 17.8 鹵5.5, respectively. The scores of patients satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (t = 2.274, P0.05). Conclusion the healing rate and appearance of skin grafting with autologous scab particles are higher and better than that of xenograft acellular dermal microskin grafting in the treatment of burn wounds.
