【摘要】：目的:利用傳統(tǒng)"孫氏"及改良"孫氏"手術(shù)治療Stanford A型主動(dòng)脈夾層動(dòng)脈瘤,并進(jìn)行比較。方法:2010年4月—2015年10月,采用傳統(tǒng)"孫氏"治療Stanford A型主動(dòng)脈夾層動(dòng)脈瘤患者27例,改良"孫氏"手術(shù)治療Stanford A型主動(dòng)脈夾層動(dòng)脈瘤患者32例。改良"孫氏"手術(shù)組患者均行右側(cè)腋動(dòng)脈插管,其中10例患者同時(shí)行右股動(dòng)脈插管。所有患者均行左鎖骨下動(dòng)脈左頸總動(dòng)脈端側(cè)吻合,體溫降至25℃停循環(huán)。結(jié)果:改良"孫氏"手術(shù)組的手術(shù)時(shí)間、體外循環(huán)時(shí)間、深低溫停循環(huán)時(shí)間、術(shù)后出血量、術(shù)后入住ICU時(shí)間、出院時(shí)間,均較傳統(tǒng)"孫氏"手術(shù)組明顯減少。結(jié)論:改良"孫氏"手術(shù)治療Stanford A型主動(dòng)脈夾層動(dòng)脈瘤效果確切,簡化了術(shù)式,值得進(jìn)一步推廣研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to treat Stanford type A aortic dissection aneurysm by traditional Sun's operation and modified Sun's operation. Methods: from April 2010 to October 2015, 27 cases of Stanford A aortic dissection aneurysm were treated with traditional "Sun's" method, and 32 cases of Stanford A type aortic dissection aneurysm were treated with modified "Sun's" operation. All patients in the modified Sun's operation group underwent right axillary artery catheterization, and 10 patients underwent right femoral artery catheterization at the same time.
