【摘要】：正肌少癥(sarcopenia)是與增齡相關的進行性、全身肌量減少和/或肌強度下降或肌肉生理功能減退,其與活動障礙、跌倒、低骨密度及代謝紊亂密切相關,是老年人生理功能逐漸減退的重要原因和表現(xiàn)之一。肌少癥會增加老年人的住院率及醫(yī)療花費,嚴重影響老年人的生活質量,甚至縮短老年人的壽命。
[Abstract]:(sarcopenia) is a progressive age-related disorder, with a decrease in muscle volume and / or muscle strength or a decrease in muscle physiological function, which is closely related to dyskinesia, falls, low bone mineral density and metabolic disorders. It is one of the important reasons and manifestations of the gradual decline of physiological function of the elderly. Myopia will increase the hospitalization rate and medical cost of the elderly, seriously affect the quality of life of the elderly, and even shorten the life span of the elderly.
