【摘要】：目的對湖北省黃石市老年肌肉衰減征的影響因素進行初步探究,為老年肌肉衰減征的預防提供理論依據。方法2015年6月至2016年6月,以湖北省黃石市3個社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務站(桃源村社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務站、東鑫社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心、楠竹林社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務站)進行免費體檢的老年人為研究對象進行肌肉衰減征的篩查,將最終得到的77例老年肌肉衰減征者作為肌肉衰減征組,再隨機抽取同期進行體檢的非肌肉衰減征者156例作為非肌肉衰減征組。用一般情況量表、軀體生活自理量表、工具性日常生活活動量表、微型營養(yǎng)評定量表、匹茲堡睡眠質量量表對調查對象進行問卷調查。數(shù)據收集錄入后用SPSS17.0進行湖北省黃石市老年肌肉衰減征影響因素的單因素分析和多因素分析,以P0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結果單因素分析顯示湖北省黃石市老年人患肌肉衰減征與體質指數(shù)、婚姻狀況、月收入、軀體生活自理能力、工具性日常生活活動能力、營養(yǎng)狀況、睡眠質量有關(P㩳0.05)。多因素分析顯示體重過低(OR=5.027,95%CI:1.459~17.319)、月收入較低(OR=2.542,95%CI:1.323~4.884)、軀體生活自理能力功能障礙(OR=2.327,95%CI:1.219~4.440)、睡眠質量不佳(OR=1.979,95%CI:1.033~3.791)是湖北省黃石市老年人患肌肉衰減征的危險因素,營養(yǎng)良好(OR=0.271,95%CI:0.137~0.536)是其患肌肉衰減征的保護因素。結論湖北省黃石市老年人患肌肉衰減征受體質指數(shù)、月收入、軀體生活自理能力、營養(yǎng)狀況、睡眠質量的影響,應針對影響因素采取對應的措施來降低老年人患肌肉衰減征的風險。同時需加強基層醫(yī)務人員對肌肉衰減征的學習,并注意對老年人進行健康宣教。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of senile muscle attenuation sign in Huangshi, Hubei Province, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of senile muscle attenuation sign. Methods from June 2015 to June 2016, three community health service stations in Huangshi City, Hubei Province (Taoyuan Village Community Health Service Station, Dongxin Community Health Service Center) were used. The elderly who underwent free physical examination were screened for muscle attenuation sign, and 77 cases of senile muscle attenuation sign were selected as muscle attenuation sign group. 156 cases of non-muscle attenuation sign were randomly selected as non-muscle attenuation sign group. The subjects were investigated by general condition scale, somatic self-care scale, instrumental daily life activity scale, mini-nutrition rating scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality scale. After data collection and input, SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the influencing factors of senile muscle attenuation in Huangshi City, Hubei Province, and the difference was statistically significant with P0.05. Results univariate analysis showed that the elderly in Huangshi City Hubei Province suffered from muscle attenuation and body mass index marital status monthly income self-care ability of physical life ability of instrumental daily life activities nutritional status. Sleep quality was related to (P0. 05). Multivariate analysis showed low body weight (OR=5.027,95%CI:1.459~17.319), low monthly income (OR=2.542,95%CI:1.323~4.884), and impaired self-care ability in physical life (OR=2.327,95%CI:1.219~4.440). Poor sleep quality (OR=1.979,95%CI:1.033~3.791) is a risk factor for muscle attenuation in the elderly in Huangshi City Hubei Province. Good nutrition (OR=0.271,95%CI:0.137~0.536) is the protective factor of muscle attenuation sign in Huangshi City Hubei Province. Conclusion the muscle attenuation sign of the elderly in Huangshi City, Hubei Province is affected by body mass index, monthly income, self-care ability of physical life, nutritional status and sleep quality. Measures should be taken to reduce the risk of muscle attenuation in the elderly. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the study of muscle attenuation and pay attention to health education for the elderly.
