【摘要】：目的觀察深層肌肉刺激儀結(jié)合穿戴矯形鞋墊的治療方式對慢性非特異性腰痛的中短期療效,探討這種康復(fù)治療手段的價(jià)值。方法選取60例符合診斷的慢性非特異性腰痛患者,隨機(jī)分成觀察組(30例)和對照組(30例),兩組均接受常規(guī)康復(fù)治療,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行深層肌肉刺激儀結(jié)合矯形鞋墊介入治療。評測指標(biāo)包括治療前、治療后1、6、12個(gè)月的疼痛視覺模擬評分(VAS)和Oswestry量表評分。結(jié)果兩組患者治療前的VAS評分及Oswestry量表評分差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組及對照組治療后1、6、12個(gè)月VAS評分與治療前比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組及對照組治療后1、6、12個(gè)月Oswestry量表評分與治療前比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組治療后1、6、12個(gè)月的VAS評分及Oswestry量表評分與對照組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論深層肌肉刺激儀結(jié)合矯形鞋墊通過糾正下肢足底壓力改變,調(diào)整下肢生物力學(xué),對慢性非特異性腰痛有中短期療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the short and medium term effect of deep muscle stimulator combined with orthopedic insole for chronic nonspecific low back pain and to explore the value of this rehabilitation therapy. Methods 60 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The observation group was treated with deep muscle stimulator combined with orthopedic insole intervention. The indexes included pain visual analogue score (VAS) and Oswestry scale (12 months) before treatment, 1 and 6 months after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in VAS score and Oswestry score between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly different from those of the control group at 1: 6 and 12 months after treatment (P0.05). There were significant differences in Oswestry scores between the observation group and the control group at 1 and 12 months after treatment (P0.05). The VAS scores and Oswestry scores in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group at 1 and 12 months after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion Deep muscle stimulator combined with orthopedic insole is effective in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain by correcting the change of plantar pressure and adjusting the biomechanics of lower extremity.
