高黏度骨水泥經(jīng)皮椎體成形術(shù)與經(jīng)皮椎體后凸成形術(shù)治療骨質(zhì)疏松壓縮骨折的臨床療效觀察
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty with high viscosity cement and percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in elderly patients. [methods] Sixty-three elderly patients with osteoporotic single vertebral compression fracture were randomly divided into two groups. PKP and high viscosity bone cement percutaneous vertebroplasty were used respectively. The VAS scores of the two groups were recorded before and after operation. The height of vertebral body, the amount of bone cement injected, the amount of blood lost, the time of operation and the incidence of cement leakage were analyzed statistically. [results] (1) there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of VAS score, the average amount of bone cement injection and the incidence of bone cement leakage before and after operation (P0.05). (2) the amount of blood loss in the high viscosity bone cement percutaneous vertebroplasty group was less than that in the PKP group (P0.05); (3) the recovery of vertebral body height in PKP group was better than that in high viscosity bone cement percutaneous vertebroplasty group (P0.05); (4). The density of bone cement in PKP group was higher than that in PKP group. The density of bone cement in high viscosity bone cement group was lower than that in high viscosity bone cement group. [conclusion] Percutaneous vertebroplasty with high viscosity cement and PKP in the treatment of senile vertebral compression fractures can effectively relieve pain and have the same effect, but there is no significant difference in leakage rate between them. PKP has advantages in the recovery of vertebral body height, but the operation time of high viscosity bone cement percutaneous vertebroplasty is shorter and the amount of bleeding is less.
