淫羊藿總黃酮聯(lián)合硫酸氨基葡萄糖對(duì)膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎療效臨床研究

【摘要】：目的觀察淫羊藿總黃酮聯(lián)合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的臨床療效及對(duì)血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平的影響。方法對(duì)我院2014年8月至2015年8月收治102例KOA患者臨床資料及治療效果進(jìn)行回顧性分析,依據(jù)治療方案將其分成對(duì)照組和治療組,每組51例,均給予硫酸氨基葡萄糖、膝關(guān)節(jié)鍛煉等常規(guī)治療,治療組同時(shí)給予淫羊藿總黃酮治療。比較兩組患者臨床療效和Lequesne評(píng)分及VAS評(píng)分改善情況,檢測(cè)治療前后兩組患者的血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平,并觀察和比較兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療后治療組Lequesne評(píng)分及VAS評(píng)分較對(duì)照組降低更加明顯(P0.05);治療后治療組血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平較治療前明顯減少(P0.05);治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論淫羊藿總黃酮聯(lián)合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治療能夠?qū)OA炎癥有明顯的抑制作用,緩解病情。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of epimedium flavonoids combined with glucosamine sulfate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (knee osteoarthritis,KOA) and its effect on serum IL-1 尾 and TNF- 偽 levels. Methods the clinical data and therapeutic effect of 102 patients with KOA admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the treatment plan, 102 patients were divided into control group and treatment group, each group was treated with glucosamine sulfate. Knee joint exercise and other routine treatment, the treatment group was given epimedium total flavonoids treatment. The clinical efficacy, Lequesne score and VAS score were compared between the two groups. The levels of serum IL-1 尾 and TNF- 偽 were measured before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results after treatment, the Lequesne score and VAS score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), the serum IL-1 尾 and TNF- 偽 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Herba Epimedii flavonoids combined with glucosamine sulfate can significantly inhibit KOA inflammation and relieve the disease.
