【摘要】：目的:通過眼輪匝肌-上瞼提肌腱膜固定法重瞼成形術(shù)與皮膚-上瞼提肌腱膜固定法重瞼成形術(shù)的術(shù)后腫脹分析對比,探討眼輪匝肌-上瞼提肌固定法重瞼成形術(shù)的臨床使用價(jià)值。方法:隨機(jī)選取來我院門診行重瞼成形術(shù)受術(shù)者100例,將病例隨機(jī)分成行眼輪匝肌-上瞼提肌腱膜固定重瞼術(shù)的治療組和行皮膚-上瞼提肌腱膜固定法重瞼術(shù)的對照組,每組各50例。進(jìn)行對照研究,術(shù)后隨訪3個(gè)月,對兩組術(shù)后眼周組織腫脹分級、重瞼線寬度變化進(jìn)行比較,并行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:對比兩組受術(shù)者重瞼線寬度變化術(shù)后即刻差異不明顯,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組重瞼寬度變化在術(shù)后6、30d明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),術(shù)后90d差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組受術(shù)者眼周組織腫脹程度評分術(shù)后6、30d,治療組明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),隨著時(shí)間推進(jìn)受術(shù)者逐漸恢復(fù),術(shù)后第90d評分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:眼輪匝肌-上瞼提肌腱膜固定法重瞼成形術(shù)能有效的預(yù)防上瞼水腫,術(shù)后重瞼線處不易出現(xiàn)明顯凹陷,切口愈合較快。該術(shù)式具有較高的臨床應(yīng)用和推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the postoperative swelling of double blepharoplasty with double blepharoplasty of orbicularis oculi and upper eyelid levator tendinoplasty and double blepharoplasty with skin levator palpebri tendon membrane fixation. To investigate the clinical value of double blepharoplasty with orbicularis oculi and levator palpebrae muscle fixation. Methods: 100 cases of double eyelid plasty were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with orbicularis oculi muscle and the upper eyelid levator tendon membrane fixation, and the control group was treated with double eyelid operation with skin and upper eyelid levator tendon membrane fixation. There were 50 cases in each group. The patients were followed up for 3 months. The changes of ocular tissue swelling and double eyelid width were compared and statistically analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference in double eyelid width between the two groups immediately after operation (P0.05). The change of double eyelid width in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 30th day after operation (P0.05). There was no significant difference at 90 days after operation (P0.05). The degree of ocular tissue swelling in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 6 to 30 days after operation (P0.05). There was no significant difference in score on the 90 th day after operation (P0.05). Conclusion: double blepharoplasty with orbicularis oculi and upper eyelid levator tendon membrane fixation can effectively prevent upper eyelid edema. This procedure has high clinical application and popularization value.
