【摘要】：自體脂肪移植在醫(yī)學(xué)界應(yīng)用已有上百年歷史,但移植脂肪的存活率較低極大的影響了其效果。細(xì)胞輔助脂肪移植(cell-assisted lipotransfer,CAL)為自體脂肪移植提供了另一種新的思路,提高了脂肪存活率及患者滿意度。本文章通過大量查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)了目前細(xì)胞輔助脂肪移植的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)脂肪移植的發(fā)展歷史,脂肪干細(xì)胞的獲取、生物特性,及細(xì)胞輔助脂肪移植技術(shù)的原理、效果及目前存在的問題做一綜合性闡述。
[Abstract]:Autogenous fat transplantation has been used in medicine for more than 100 years, but the survival rate of autogenous fat graft has greatly affected its effect. Cell-assisted fat transplantation (cell-assisted lipotransfer,CAL) provides a new approach to autologous fat transplantation and improves fat survival rate and patient satisfaction. This article summarizes the current research status of cell-assisted fat transplantation, the history of fat transplantation, the acquisition of adipose stem cells, biological characteristics, and the principle of cell-assisted fat transplantation. The effect and the existing problems are expounded in a comprehensive way.
