【摘要】：目的觀察日常生活因素對(duì)老年人群骨折發(fā)生率的影響。方法選取上海普陀區(qū)長(zhǎng)征鎮(zhèn)和石泉街道的14個(gè)居民小區(qū)4 480例65歲以上老年人,逐戶上門進(jìn)行全面的健康問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析日常生活因素(如吸煙、喝茶、運(yùn)動(dòng)、飲食及各類生活習(xí)慣)對(duì)骨折發(fā)生率的影響。結(jié)果老年人骨折發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素為吸二手煙(OR=3.500,P=0.004),保護(hù)因素為食用色拉油(男性O(shè)R=0.527,P=0.049;女性O(shè)R=0.439,P=0.001)。同時(shí),男性喝濃茶量[OR=1.008,每增加50 g(1兩),骨折風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加0.8%]、食用雞皮(OR=1.709,P=0.028)也是骨折發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素;女性參加乒乓運(yùn)動(dòng)(OR=18.176;95%CI=1.094,301.892;P=0.043)、食用豆油(OR=1.628,P=0.048)也是骨折發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論老年人戒煙、避免二手煙、飲淡茶、避免劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)、食用色拉油有助于減少骨折發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of daily life factors on the incidence of fracture in the elderly. Methods A total of 4480 elderly people aged 65 or above were selected from 14 residential areas of Changzheng Town and Shi Quan Street in Putuo District of Shanghai to conduct a comprehensive health questionnaire survey. The effects of daily life factors (such as smoking, tea drinking, exercise, diet and various living habits) on fracture rate were analyzed statistically. Results the risk factors of fracture in the elderly were secondhand smoke (OR=3.500,P=0.004) and edible salad oil (male OR=0.527,P=0.049; female OR=0.439,P=0.001). At the same time, the risk of fracture was increased by 0.8% for every 50 g (1 / 2) of OR=1.008, consumed by men, and OR=1.709,P=0.028 was also a risk factor for fracture, and women's participation in ping-pong (OR=18.176;95%CI=1.094301.892;P=0.043) and consumption of soybean oil (OR=1.628,P=0.048) were also the risk factors of fracture. Conclusion the elderly quit smoking, avoid secondhand smoke, drink light tea, avoid strenuous exercise and eat salad oil to reduce fracture.
