[Abstract]:Objective to observe the anesthetic efficacy and safety of lidocaine injection combined with ropivacaine injection for replantation of severed fingers. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 36) and experimental group (n = 36). The control group was treated with ropivacaine injection for 10 mL, and the experimental group with lidocaine injection for 10 mL,. The anaesthesia effects, C reactive protein (CRP) and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results the anesthetic effects of the experimental group and the control group were 97.22% (35 / 36 cases) and 83.33% (30 / 36 cases) respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The CRP of the trial group was (7.25 鹵1.07), (7.14 鹵0.96 mg L ~ (-1) on the 3rd day after operation, and the CRP of the control group was (8.12 鹵1.18), (7.90 鹵1.01 mg L ~ (-1), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The main adverse drug reactions in the test group were limb movement and flushing, while in the control group they were limb movement, flushing and pruritus. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in test group and control group were 5.56% and 22.22% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Lidocaine injection combined with ropivacaine injection has better anaesthesia effect on replantation of severed fingers and has higher safety.
