【摘要】：目的:檢測(cè)原發(fā)性雙側(cè)乳腺癌左右兩側(cè)病理石蠟切片中CEA和PTEN表達(dá)和表達(dá)強(qiáng)度差異,揭示其發(fā)生是單克隆還是獨(dú)立克隆性。對(duì)比分析雙側(cè)病灶之間以及與單側(cè)同病理類型之間蛋白表達(dá)差異。方法:9例原發(fā)性雙側(cè)乳腺癌左右組織標(biāo)本共18個(gè),對(duì)應(yīng)單側(cè)乳腺癌患者乳腺組織標(biāo)本10個(gè)。免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)CEA和PTEN表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果:雙側(cè)乳腺癌第一癌與第二癌和單側(cè)乳腺癌中CEA表達(dá)率分別為66.6%(6/9)、55.5%(5/9)、60%(6/10)、PTEN在第一癌、第二癌、單側(cè)乳腺癌中表達(dá)率分別為33.3%(3/9)、44.4%(4/9)、50%(5/10)、表達(dá)差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),雙側(cè)乳腺癌CEA中同為陽性為5例,同為陰性為3例,PTEN中同為陽性為3例,同為陰性為5例。結(jié)論:雙側(cè)乳腺癌首發(fā)癌和單側(cè)乳腺癌中CEA、PTEN蛋白的表達(dá)均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。雙側(cè)乳腺癌第一癌與第二癌中CEA、PTEN蛋白的表達(dá)差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,提示雙側(cè)乳腺癌第一癌和第二癌為單克隆性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression and expression intensity of CEA and PTEN in the paraffin sections of bilateral primary breast cancer and to reveal whether they are monoclonal or independent. The differences of protein expression between bilateral lesions and unilateral histopathological types were compared. Methods: there were 18 primary bilateral breast cancer tissues in 9 cases and 10 breast tissue specimens corresponding to unilateral breast cancer. The expression of CEA and PTEN was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: the expression rates of CEA were 66.6% (6 / 9), 55.5% (5 / 9), 60% (6 / 10), PTEN) in the first and second breast cancers, respectively. The expression rates in unilateral breast cancer were 33.3% (3 / 9), 44.4% (4 / 9) and 50% (5 / 10), respectively. There was no significant difference (P0.05). In bilateral breast cancer, 5 cases were positive in CEA, 3 cases were negative, 3 cases were positive in PTEN and 5 cases were negative. Conclusion: there is no significant difference in the expression of CEA,PTEN protein between primary and unilateral breast cancer. There was no significant difference in the expression of CEA,PTEN protein between the first and second carcinomas of bilateral breast cancer, suggesting that the first and second carcinomas of bilateral breast cancer were monoclonal.
