【摘要】：目的:探討術中加溫輸血對術后靜脈血栓發(fā)生及認知恢復的影響。方法:選擇全麻下擇期行髖膝關節(jié)置換術150例,隨機分為輸血加溫組和對照組。術后評估血栓事件發(fā)生率;用簡易智力狀況檢查法(MMSE)評估術后1、3、7天的認知功能恢復率。結果:術后2組血栓事件發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。加溫組發(fā)生肺動脈血栓1例,下肢深靜脈血栓3例;對照組發(fā)生下肢深靜脈血栓2例。2組認知恢復率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:術中少量輸血加溫對術后靜脈血栓發(fā)生及認知恢復無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of intraoperative warming blood transfusion on postoperative venous thrombosis and cognitive recovery. Methods: 150 patients undergoing selective hip and knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups: transfusion warming group and control group. The incidence of thrombotic events was evaluated after operation and the recovery rate of cognitive function was evaluated by simple mental state test (MMSE) at 1: 3 and 7 days postoperatively. Results: there was no significant difference in the incidence of thrombotic events between the two groups (P 0.05). There were 1 case of pulmonary artery thrombosis and 3 cases of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in the warming group and 2 cases in the control group. There was no significant difference in the recovery rate of cognition between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: there is no significant effect on postoperative venous thrombosis and cognitive recovery after intraoperative blood transfusion and warming.
