氫氣飽和等滲鹽水腹腔注射治療兔創(chuàng)傷性關節(jié)炎的實驗研究

【摘要】:目的:氫氣具有抗炎癥、抗氧化作用,但對于其治療創(chuàng)傷性關節(jié)炎(traumatic arthritis,TA)的效果鮮有報道。文中旨在研究氫氣飽和等滲鹽水腹腔注射對兔創(chuàng)傷性關節(jié)炎的治療效果。方法:采用隨機數(shù)字表法將26只新西蘭家兔分為正常對照組(n=6)、模型實驗組(n=10)和模型對照組(n=10)。模型實驗組腹腔注射氫氣飽和等滲鹽水8mL/kg,每3天1次,模型對照組腹腔注射等量等滲鹽水,正常對照組不做任何處理,治療持續(xù)6周。于治療前后分別取3組家兔血清及關節(jié)液測定一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)和透明質(zhì)酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)的含量,結合家兔的行為學表現(xiàn)對治療效果進行評價。結果:模型實驗組治療后行為學有明顯改善(P0.05)。膝關節(jié)腫脹評分治療前各組差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后模型實驗組優(yōu)于模型對照組(P0.05))。治療前2個模型組血清及關節(jié)液中NO含量升高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),治療后模型實驗組明顯下降,其中血清中NO含量由(79.58±13.46)降至(76.23±12.15),關節(jié)液中NO含量由(89.45±14.98)降至(80.36±12.78),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后模型實驗組血清中HA含量明顯下降[(436.82±60.91)vs(340.21±40.57),P0.05],關節(jié)液中顯著上升[(1.72±0.37)vs(2.47±0.62),P0.05]。結論:腹腔注射氫氣飽和等滲鹽水在治療兔創(chuàng)傷性關節(jié)炎方面具有一定的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: hydrogen has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation effects, but its effect on traumatic arthritis (traumatic arthritis,TA) is rarely reported. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of intraperitoneal injection of hydrogen saturated isosmotic saline on traumatic arthritis in rabbits. Methods: 26 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group (n = 6), model group (n = 10) and model control group (n = 10). The model group was injected with 8 mL / kg hydrogen saturated isoosmotic saline once every 3 days. The model control group was injected with the same amount of isosmotic saline, while the normal control group was treated for 6 weeks without any treatment. The contents of nitric oxide (nitric oxide,NO) and hyaluronic acid (hyaluronic acid,HA) were measured in serum and articular fluid of three groups before and after treatment. Results: the behavior of the model group was significantly improved after treatment (P0.05). There was no significant difference in knee swelling score before treatment (P0.05), and the model group was superior to the model control group (P0.05).) after treatment. Before treatment, the NO content in serum and joint fluid of the two model groups increased significantly (P0.05). After treatment, the NO content in the model group decreased from (79.58 鹵13.46) to (76.23 鹵12.15), and the NO content in the articular fluid decreased from (89.45 鹵14.98) to (80.36 鹵12.78) (P0.05). After treatment, the serum HA content in the model group was significantly decreased [(436.82 鹵60.91) vs (鹵40.57) P 0.05], and the joint fluid was significantly increased [(1.72 鹵0.37) vs (2.47 鹵0.62) P 0.05]. Conclusion: intraperitoneal injection of hydrogen saturated isosmotic saline is effective in the treatment of traumatic arthritis in rabbits.
