骨科和口腔頜面外科3D打印模型的精度驗(yàn)證和可靠性分析

【摘要】:目的:探討骨科和口腔頜面外科立體光固化(SLA)-3D打印模型的精確度,闡明該技術(shù)臨床應(yīng)用的可靠性。方法:隨機(jī)納入SLA-3D打印模型33例(長骨10例、不規(guī)則骨13例和假體10例),進(jìn)行CT回掃并行三維重建;依據(jù)模型臨床應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)選取最大高徑(MH)、最大長徑(ML)、最大寬徑(MW)、滑車寬徑(WT)、滑車長徑(LT)、關(guān)節(jié)盂長徑(LGC)、關(guān)節(jié)盂寬徑(WGC)、髂前上棘到恥骨結(jié)節(jié)距離(DPI)、髖臼直徑(DA)、髓腔直徑(DMC)、右下頜支前緣高度(AHRR)和右下頜支后緣高度(PHRR)等相關(guān)參數(shù)分別對原始數(shù)據(jù)及模型數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測量,計(jì)算各參數(shù)的絕對和相對誤差,以組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)(ICC)作為評價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)一致性指標(biāo),對假體模型進(jìn)行空間誤差分析。結(jié)果:33例SLA-3D打印模型中,除不規(guī)則骨組MW外,與原始數(shù)據(jù)比較,各組其他各項(xiàng)參數(shù)比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),模型數(shù)據(jù)與原始數(shù)據(jù)間各項(xiàng)參數(shù)ICC值均大于0.950,絕對和相對誤差最大值分別為-0.58mm和-1.37%;假體模型空間誤差最大值為0.237mm,總平均值為0.132mm。結(jié)論:SLA-3D打印模型CT的數(shù)據(jù)與原始數(shù)據(jù)高度一致,其在骨科及頜面外科疾病診療過程中的應(yīng)用準(zhǔn)確而可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the accuracy of stereoscopic photocurable (SLA)-3D printing model in orthopedics and oral and maxillofacial surgery and to elucidate the reliability of its clinical application. Methods: 33 cases of SLA-3D printing model (10 cases of long bone, 13 cases of irregular bone and 10 cases of prosthesis) were randomly selected for CT backscan and 3D reconstruction. According to the clinical characteristics of the model, select the maximum height, (MH), maximum length, (ML), maximum width, (MW), wide, (MW), wide, long, wide, (LT), long, wide, (LGC), (LGC), anterior superior iliac spine and pubic tubercle, (DPI), acetabular diameter, (DA), diameter, medullary cavity diameter. The original data and model data were measured by (DMC), including the anterior height of the right mandibular branch (AHRR) and the height of the posterior edge of the right mandibular branch (PHRR). The absolute and relative errors of each parameter were calculated and the spatial error of the prosthesis model was analyzed by using the intra-group correlation coefficient (ICC) as the evaluation data consistency index. Results in the SLA-3D print model of 33 cases, except for the irregular bone group MW, the results were compared with the original data. There was no significant difference in other parameters among each group (P0.05). The ICC value of each parameter between the model data and the original data was greater than 0.950, the maximum absolute and relative errors were -0.58mm and -1.37mm, respectively, and the maximum spatial error of the prosthesis model was 0.237mm, the total average was 0.132mm. Conclusion the CT data of the SLA-3D print model is highly consistent with the original data, and its application in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedics and maxillofacial surgery is accurate and reliable.
