血管收縮因子及血管內(nèi)皮生長因子表達與激素性股骨頭壞死的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的探討不同血管收縮因子(ET-1)與血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)的表達情況與激素性股骨頭壞死間的相關(guān)性。方法檢測124例需服用激素治療患者血清ET-1和VEGF蛋白表達情況。行髖關(guān)節(jié)磁共振成像(MRI)判斷是否發(fā)生股骨頭壞死。觀察最后發(fā)展為股骨頭壞死的情況。結(jié)果 124例需服用激素治療患者中65例具有發(fā)生股骨頭壞死的傾向。只有ET-1~+VEGF~-和ET-1-VEGF~+兩組患者,外周血血清ET-1和VEGF蛋白的表達與患有股骨頭壞死間存在差異(P0.05)。隨后,繼續(xù)觀察ET-1~+VEGF~-和ET-1-VEGF~+兩組患者在接受相關(guān)臨床治療后,ET-1~+VEGF~-組最后15例患者發(fā)展為股骨頭壞死,而ET-1~-VEGF~+組患者最后僅只有1例發(fā)展為股骨頭壞死,兩組差異顯著(P=0.031 9)。結(jié)論患者高表達外周血血清ET-1和VEGF蛋白可顯著預(yù)見激素性股骨頭壞死患者的患病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of different vasoconstrictor factor (ET-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and steroid-induced femoral head necrosis. Methods the expression of serum ET-1 and VEGF protein was detected in 124 patients who needed hormone therapy. (MRI) was performed to determine whether femoral head necrosis occurred. Finally, the necrosis of the femoral head was observed. Results 65 of 124 patients who needed hormone therapy had the tendency to develop femoral head necrosis. Only in ET-1~ VEGF~- and ET-1-VEGF~ groups, the expression of ET-1 and VEGF protein in peripheral blood was significantly different from that in patients with femoral head necrosis (P0.05). Then, the last 15 patients in the ET-1 ~ VEGF~- group developed osteonecrosis of the femoral head, while only one patient in the ET-1~-VEGF~ group developed osteonecrosis of the femoral head after receiving the related clinical treatment. The difference between the two groups was significant (P0. 031 9). Conclusion the high expression of ET-1 and VEGF protein in peripheral blood can predict the incidence of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis.
