【摘要】：背景:自體富血小板血漿是來源自體、濃縮的血小板血漿。血小板經(jīng)激活后能釋放出大量高濃度的生長因子及生物活性物質(zhì),為其在諸多學(xué)科、領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù);同時富血小板血漿源于自體,不會產(chǎn)生免疫反應(yīng),來源廣泛、取材方便、費用低廉等特點使其日益受到研究人員及臨床醫(yī)師的青睞。目的:總結(jié)自體富血小板的制備方法及其性能,探討其在脊柱外科各個方向的最新研究結(jié)果及作用機制。方法:應(yīng)用計算機檢索2000至2016年CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫及Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫有關(guān)自體富血小板血漿應(yīng)用于脊柱外科相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)與臨床研究的文獻(xiàn)。對資料進(jìn)行初審,按納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選后對其中42篇相關(guān)性強的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步分析。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:①自體富血小板血漿由于富含多種生長因子及生物活性物質(zhì),在椎間盤修復(fù)、促進(jìn)骨傳導(dǎo)、骨誘導(dǎo)方面從基礎(chǔ)到臨床都有大量文獻(xiàn)研究證實其有效性;②同時也有將自體富血小板血漿應(yīng)用于結(jié)締組織疾病引起的自發(fā)性腦脊液漏、和脊髓損傷長期臥床引起的壓瘡的韌帶組織修復(fù)及皮膚再生成功的病案報道;③自體富血小板血漿在脊柱外科的應(yīng)用展現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Background: autologous platelet-rich plasma is an autogenous, concentrated platelet plasma. After activation, platelets release a large amount of high concentrations of growth factors and bioactive substances, which provides a theoretical basis for their application in many disciplines and fields. Meanwhile, platelet-rich plasma is derived from autologous, does not produce immune response, and comes from a wide range of sources. It is more and more popular among researchers and clinicians because of its convenience and low cost. Objective: to summarize the preparation and performance of autologous platelets, and to explore the latest research results and mechanism of autologous platelets in all aspects of spinal surgery. Methods: CNKI database and Pub Med database from 2000 to 2016 were used to search the literatures about the application of autologous platelet-rich plasma in the basic and clinical study of spinal surgery. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 42 articles were further analyzed. Results and conclusion autogenous platelet-rich plasma is rich in many kinds of growth factors and bioactive substances, and has been proved to be effective in intervertebral disc repair, bone conduction and bone induction. At the same time, there are also reports of the application of autologous platelet-rich plasma to spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid leakage caused by connective tissue disease, and to the successful repair of ligamentous tissue and skin regeneration due to long-term bed rest caused by spinal cord injury. 3 the application of autologous platelet-rich plasma in spinal surgery shows a good prospect.
