【摘要】：目的觀察沖擊波對(duì)老年髕骨勞損癥的治療效果。方法按國(guó)際上通用的關(guān)節(jié)功能診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合髕骨勞損癥的特點(diǎn),確定老年髕骨勞損的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。采用小劑量、中劑量沖擊波刺激法,分別對(duì)患者進(jìn)行2個(gè)療程治療,6次為1個(gè)療程。治療前后,按診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)患者進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并對(duì)其治療前后病情、癥狀進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果參加治療的中老年患者,實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療前后癥狀有明顯改善(P0.01),而對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)前后變化不明顯(P0.05)。結(jié)論沖擊波治療老年髕骨勞損有較好的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of shock wave on senile patella strain. Methods according to the common international diagnostic criteria of joint function and the characteristics of patellar strain, the diagnostic criteria of patellar strain in the elderly were determined. The patients were treated with two courses of treatment, 6 times as one course of treatment by low and medium dose shock wave stimulation. Before and after treatment, the patients were evaluated according to the diagnostic criteria, and their condition and symptoms were compared and analyzed before and after treatment. Results the symptoms of the experimental group were significantly improved before and after treatment (P0.01), while the control group did not change significantly before and after the experiment (P0.05). Conclusion shock wave is effective in treating patella strain in the elderly.
