P75NTR在兔骨折不愈合局部組織中的表達及意義

【摘要】:目的:探討P75神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子受體(P75 neurotrophin receptor,P75NTR)在兔骨折不愈合局部組織中的表達及意義。方法:30只新西蘭大白兔隨機分成A、B、C三組,每組10只。A組建立骨折不愈合模型,B組建立骨折模型,C組為空白對照組。骨折不愈合造模成功、骨折模型愈合后,利用免疫組織化學(xué)、Western blotting及IPP6.0病理圖像分析軟件對三組組織中P75NTR的表達進行半定量分析,測定其平均吸光度值及P75NTR與β-action的比值。結(jié)果:P75NTR平均吸光度值骨折不愈合組為0.328 7±0.041 9,骨折組為0.026 7±0.0187,空白對照組為0.015 9±0.013 6。骨折不愈合組與其他兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),骨折組與空白對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);P75NTR/β-action骨折不愈合組為3.643 4±0.059 6,空白對照組為0.139 0±0.029 4,骨折組為0.148 9±0.031 7。骨折不愈合組與其他兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),骨折組與空白對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。骨折不愈合組高表達P75NTR,骨折組和空白對照組中P75NTR表達較低,骨折不愈合組與其他兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);骨折組與空白對照組比較P75NTR的表達無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:P75NTR在兔骨折不愈合局部組織中高表達,且明顯高于骨折組和空白對照組,它可能是骨折不愈合形成的一個重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of P75 neurotrophic factor receptor (P75 neurotrophin receptor,P75NTR) in local tissues of fracture nonunion in rabbits. Results the mean absorbance value of 10% P75NTR was 0.328 7 鹵0.041 9 in the nonunion group, 0.026 7 鹵0 07 in the fracture group and 0.015 9 鹵0.013 6 in the blank control group. There was significant difference between the fracture nonunion group and the other two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the fracture group and the blank control group (P0.05). Conclusion the high expression of WP75NTR in the local tissues of fracture nonunion in rabbits is significantly higher than that in the fracture group and the blank control group. It may be an important factor in the formation of fracture nonunion.
