【摘要】：骨關(guān)節(jié)炎是指多種原因引起的一種以關(guān)節(jié)軟骨退行性病變和繼發(fā)性骨質(zhì)增生為特征的慢性關(guān)節(jié)病變,是世界范圍內(nèi)最常見(jiàn)的關(guān)節(jié)性病變。目前對(duì)于膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的最佳治療方法仍存較多爭(zhēng)議。該文通過(guò)對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的治療現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)病機(jī)制及透明質(zhì)酸治療骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的作用機(jī)制及臨床研究進(jìn)展,詳細(xì)全面闡述透明質(zhì)酸在治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎中的研究進(jìn)展,為臨床治療方案的選擇提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Osteoarthritis (OA) is a kind of chronic joint disease characterized by articular cartilage degeneration and secondary osteoporosis. It is the most common joint disease in the world. At present, there is still much controversy about the best treatment for OA of knee joint. The current treatment situation, pathogenesis, mechanism and clinical research progress of hyaluronic acid in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint were reviewed in detail, which provided the basis for the choice of clinical treatment.
