【摘要】：[目的]探討膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板囊腫的微創(chuàng)治療方法。[方法]2009年1月~2014年12月,對36例膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板囊腫行關(guān)節(jié)鏡下囊腫切除,硬膜外穿刺針引導(dǎo)2號骨科縫線由外向內(nèi)縫合消除囊腫的殘腔,皮外的縫線用硬膜外穿刺針引導(dǎo)至一個針孔,皮下打結(jié)。[結(jié)果]36例患者獲得隨訪,隨訪時間2~7年,無1例囊腫復(fù)發(fā),按國際膝關(guān)節(jié)評分委員會(IKDC)膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分,手術(shù)前為(69.7±3.8)分,末次隨訪為(96.5±4.2)分,36例結(jié)果均為優(yōu)。[結(jié)論]關(guān)節(jié)鏡下囊腫切除、硬膜外穿刺針引導(dǎo)骨科縫線微創(chuàng)治療半月板囊腫治療效果滿意,不僅去除了囊腫,還保留了半月板結(jié)構(gòu),從而減少了繼發(fā)性骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the minimally invasive treatment of meniscus cyst of knee joint. [methods] from January 2009 to December 2014, 36 cases of meniscus cyst of knee joint underwent arthroscopic cysts resection, and epidural puncture needle guided 2 orthopedic suture from outside to inside to eliminate the residual cavity of the cyst. The outer suture is guided by an epidural needle to a pinhole and knotted subcutaneously. [results] 36 patients were followed up for 2 ~ 7 years. According to the (IKDC) knee function score of the International knee Joint scoring Committee, the score before operation was (69.7 鹵3.8), and the last follow-up was (96.5 鹵4.2). [conclusion] resection of cysts under arthroscopy and minimally invasive treatment of meniscus cysts guided by epidural puncture needle are satisfactory. Not only the cysts are removed, but also the meniscus structure is preserved, thus reducing the risk of secondary osteoarthritis.
