【摘要】：目的:探討生物型外科補(bǔ)片(生物補(bǔ)片)在被覆組織過(guò)薄隆乳術(shù)中應(yīng)用的手術(shù)技巧和臨床效果。方法:經(jīng)乳暈下緣切口,剝離乳腺后間隙,用縫線牽引法置入生物補(bǔ)片并使之展平,生物補(bǔ)片粗糙面與被覆組織內(nèi)面緊貼,用皮釘法固定生物補(bǔ)片。置入硅凝膠乳房假體行隆乳術(shù)。結(jié)果:2010年7月-2015年11月應(yīng)用該方法共計(jì)12例,其中聚丙烯酰胺水凝膠注射隆乳注射材料取出術(shù)后被覆軟組織過(guò)薄8例,Poland綜合征2例,多次胸大肌后間隙假體隆乳術(shù)后Ⅳ級(jí)包膜攣縮更換假體乳腺后間隙隆乳2例。無(wú)血腫、感染、假體外露等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。術(shù)后隨訪6個(gè)月~5年,除1例出現(xiàn)Ⅲ級(jí)包膜攣縮外,其余病例乳房外形較術(shù)前明顯改善,患者自覺(jué)滿意。結(jié)論:生物補(bǔ)片有良好的生物相容性和組織相容性,機(jī)械性能滿足隆乳術(shù)中對(duì)抗拉伸強(qiáng)度及柔韌性的要求,易于與被覆軟組織嚴(yán)密縫合;在被覆組織過(guò)薄的隆乳術(shù)中具有增厚被覆軟組織、防止假體外露、增加假體隆乳術(shù)后的自然手感等作用,在此類適應(yīng)癥中具有良好的臨床使用效果。
