LVIS支架在頸內(nèi)動(dòng)脈海綿竇段打開不良與血管彎曲的關(guān)系
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of curvature and radius of horizontal segment of cavernous sinus of internal carotid artery on the opening of new woven stent (LVIS). Methods from December 2015 to January 2016, 31 patients with wide carotid aneurysms were treated with new LVIS stents and the stents were released from the proximal end of the stents to the horizontal segment of the cavernous sinus in the Department of Neurosurgery, Changhai Hospital affiliated to the second military Medical University. According to whether the stent was released at the first time, the stents were divided into two groups: good open group (23 cases) and bad open group (8 cases). The differences of curvature and radius of blood vessels between the two groups were compared. Results the mean values of vascular curvature were 118 擄鹵23 擄and 147 擄鹵19 擄in the good open group and the bad open group, respectively (P0. 028), and the mean curve radius of the two groups were (3.4 鹵0.7) mm and (2.8 鹵0.7) mm, respectively (P0. 042). The mean vascular curvature and mean radius of vascular curvature were larger and smaller in the group with poor stent opening. Conclusion the large curvature and small radius of vascular curvature are related to the poor opening of LVIS stent. The evaluation of vascular curvature before stent placement is helpful in guiding stent release techniques.
