【摘要】：目的：骨折后肢體腫脹并發(fā)張力性水泡是臨床上必須解決的問(wèn)題之一。本研究的目的是從中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療閉合性骨折并發(fā)張力性水泡的認(rèn)識(shí)出發(fā),根據(jù)中醫(yī)理論,采用活血化瘀,涼血解毒的傷科紫草油來(lái)治療閉合性骨折并發(fā)張力性水泡,觀察傷科紫草油治療閉合性骨折并發(fā)張力性水泡的療效,找尋一套能較好治療閉合性骨折并發(fā)張力性水泡的方案,以幫助臨床更好地解決閉合性骨折并發(fā)張力性水泡給病人增加痛苦的問(wèn)題。方法：將收集到的閉合性骨折并發(fā)張力性水泡的病例隨機(jī)分為兩組,其中對(duì)照組23例、觀察組23例,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)驗(yàn)證,兩組在年齡、性別、病因、骨折部位等各方面均無(wú)顯著不同。兩組患者均給予常規(guī)治療,觀察組加用傷科紫草油外敷治療。記錄并比較兩組患者肢體腫脹水平,腫脹周徑的峰值和基礎(chǔ)周徑值,消腫率,消退速度,直徑大于2cm水泡的數(shù)目、疼痛的評(píng)分等。結(jié)果：1.在水泡消除速度上,觀察組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.在消除直徑大于2cm水泡效果上,觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。3.在治療腫脹效果上,觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。4.在控制腫脹程度上,觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。5.在消腫率上,觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。6.在緩解外傷疼痛效果上,觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論：傷科紫草油治療閉合性骨折并發(fā)張力性水泡可減輕病人的疼痛,加快患者的消腫速度,具有較好的臨床效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: it is necessary to solve the problem of limb swelling complicated with tension blisters after fracture. The purpose of this study was to treat closed fracture with tension blisters by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment of closed fracture complicated with tension blisters was done by activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, cooling blood and detoxification. To observe the curative effect of the treatment of closed fracture complicated with tension blisters and to find a better treatment scheme for closed fracture complicated with tension blisters. In order to help the clinical better to solve closed fracture with tension blisters to increase the pain of patients. Methods: the patients with closed fracture complicated with tension blisters were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 23) and observation group (n = 23). There was no significant difference in fracture site and other aspects. Two groups of patients were given routine treatment, the observation group was treated with external application of Chinese herb oil. Limb swelling level, peak value of swelling circumference and basal circumference, detumescence rate, extinction rate, diameter larger than 2cm blisters, pain score were recorded and compared between the two groups. The result is 1: 1. In the blistering elimination speed, the observation group is superior to the control group. 2. 2. In the effect of eliminating blisters with diameter larger than 2cm, the observation group was better than the control group. 3. 3. In the treatment of swelling, the observation group was significantly better than the control group. 4. 4. In controlling the degree of swelling, the observation group was obviously superior to the control group. In the detumescence rate, the observation group was significantly better than the control group. In the relief of traumatic pain, the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of closed fracture with tension blisters can relieve the pain and accelerate the detumescence rate of the patients. It has a good clinical effect.
