【摘要】：由疾病、外部創(chuàng)傷等原因引起的大骨骼缺損的治療需要通過(guò)骨移植手術(shù),尋找安全易得的替代骨已經(jīng)成為臨床上的重要課題,近年來(lái)快速發(fā)展的組織工程骨為解決這一難題提供了一種新的途徑。支架材料作為組織工程的核心要素,其表面性狀、結(jié)構(gòu),機(jī)械性能和生物學(xué)性能均能調(diào)控細(xì)胞的各種生命活動(dòng)和體內(nèi)組織的修復(fù)再生。細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)由于其天然性、低免疫排斥性和優(yōu)異的生物相容性等特點(diǎn),已被廣泛用作再生醫(yī)學(xué)的支架材料。通過(guò)回顧近些年來(lái)細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)材料在骨組織工程中的應(yīng)用,闡述多種細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)材料的構(gòu)建修飾方法及其體外、體內(nèi)的生物學(xué)效應(yīng),并對(duì)其在骨再生領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The treatment of large bone defects caused by diseases and external trauma has become an important issue in clinical practice. The rapid development of tissue engineering bone in recent years provides a new way to solve this problem. As the core element of tissue engineering, scaffold material can regulate all kinds of life activities of cells and repair and regeneration of tissues in vivo, such as surface properties, structure, mechanical properties and biological properties. Extracellular matrix (ECM) has been widely used as scaffold material for regenerative medicine due to its natural nature, low immune rejection and excellent biocompatibility. By reviewing the applications of extracellular matrix materials in bone tissue engineering in recent years, the construction and modification methods of various extracellular matrix materials and their biological effects in vitro and in vivo were reviewed, and the prospect of their application in bone regeneration was also prospected.
