【摘要】：目的評價數(shù)字技術(shù)輔助關(guān)節(jié)鏡治療肩峰撞擊綜合征的療效。方法回顧性分析自2011-01—2013-12采用數(shù)字技術(shù)輔助關(guān)節(jié)鏡下肩峰成形術(shù)治療的60例肩峰撞擊綜合征。術(shù)前在肩關(guān)節(jié)三維影像上模擬肩關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)中需要磨除的引起撞擊的肩峰骨質(zhì)部分,術(shù)中依據(jù)術(shù)前模擬的情況磨除相應骨質(zhì)進行肩峰成形術(shù)。結(jié)果手術(shù)均順利完成,切口一期愈合。術(shù)后無感染、血管神經(jīng)損傷等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。60例均獲得24~48(36.2±7.4)個月隨訪。術(shù)后12個月按Constant肩關(guān)節(jié)功能評分為(92.0±3.8)分,較術(shù)前明顯增高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=-43.570,P0.001)。術(shù)后12個月肩關(guān)節(jié)疼痛VAS評分為(1.2±0.9)分,較術(shù)前明顯降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=40.943,P0.001)。結(jié)論數(shù)字技術(shù)輔助關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)治療肩峰撞擊綜合征可以真正做到肩峰成形的個性化操作,具有創(chuàng)傷小、恢復快、精確度高、療效確切的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of digital technique assisted arthroscopy on acromion impingement syndrome. Methods 60 cases of acromion impingement syndrome treated by digital technique assisted arthroscopic acromioplasty since 2011-01 to 2013-12 were retrospectively analyzed. Three dimensional images of the shoulder joint were used to simulate the impingement of acromial bone which needed to be removed in the shoulder arthroscopic operation. According to the simulated condition before the operation, the corresponding bone was removed to perform acromioplasty. Results the operation was completed successfully and the incision healed in one stage. No infection, vascular and nerve injury were found in 60 cases. All the 60 cases were followed up for 24 ~ 48 (36.2 鹵7.4) months. 12 months after operation, the score of shoulder function according to Constant was (92.0 鹵3.8), which was significantly higher than that before operation (t = 43.570, P 0.001). At 12 months after operation, the VAS score of shoulder joint pain was (1.2 鹵0.9), which was significantly lower than that before operation (t = 40.943, P 0.001). Conclusion Digital assisted arthroscopic treatment of acromion impingement syndrome can truly achieve individualized operation of acromioplasty, which has the advantages of less trauma, quick recovery, high accuracy and accurate curative effect.
