【摘要】：目的觀察評價(jià)老年患者頸后路單開門椎管擴(kuò)大成形術(shù)中應(yīng)用錨定法與微型鈦板對術(shù)后軸性癥狀的影響。方法選擇2010-02-2014-08在本科行頸后路單開門椎管擴(kuò)大成形術(shù)患者83例,其中應(yīng)用錨定法固定43例,應(yīng)用微型鈦板固定40例。錨定法組43例,其中男31例,女12例,年齡46~72歲,平均68.6歲,JOA評分為5~12分,平均(8.34±1.25)分;微型鈦板組40例,其中男33例,女7例,年齡47~71歲,平均64.1歲,JOA評分為6~13分,平均(8.89±1.98)分。結(jié)果兩組患者手術(shù)過程順利,術(shù)后切口均一期愈合,術(shù)后2個(gè)月和術(shù)后1年軸性癥狀發(fā)生率比較,錨定法組高于微型鈦板組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對老年患者應(yīng)用微型鈦板完成頸后路單開門椎管擴(kuò)大成形術(shù),可獲得早期穩(wěn)定,便于功能鍛煉,減少頸椎軸性癥狀的發(fā)生,具有一定優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of anchoring and micro titanium plate on postoperative axial symptoms in elderly patients with posterior cervical open door laminoplasty. Methods Eighty-three patients underwent open-door laminoplasty via posterior cervical approach in 2010-02-2014-08. 43 cases were fixed with anchoring and 40 cases were fixed with micro-titanium plate. There were 43 cases in the anchoring group, including 31 males and 12 females, aged 467.72 years old (mean 68.6 years old), JOA score ranged from 5 to 12 (mean (8.34 鹵1.25), and 40 cases in the miniature titanium plate group (male 33, female 7, age 47771, mean 64.1 years) JOA score (8.89 鹵1.98). Results the operation process of the two groups was smooth and the incision healed at the first stage. The incidence of axial symptoms in the Anchorage group was higher than that in the mini titanium plate group (P0.05) 2 months after operation and 1 year after operation. Conclusion the application of mini-titanium plate in posterior cervical open door laminoplasty can obtain early stability, facilitate functional exercise, and reduce the incidence of cervical axial symptoms, which has certain advantages.
