【摘要】：目的探討超聲引導(dǎo)頸淺叢阻滯下頸內(nèi)靜脈置管在臨床中的應(yīng)用。方法 64例頸內(nèi)靜脈置管患者隨機(jī)分為超聲組(超聲引導(dǎo)頸淺叢阻滯組)和對(duì)照組(局麻組),記錄兩組患者疼痛評(píng)分、舒適度評(píng)分和睡眠質(zhì)量、焦慮評(píng)分及穿刺時(shí)間和并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組相比,超聲組頸內(nèi)靜脈穿刺后6、12、18h疼痛評(píng)分低、舒適度評(píng)分高,48h后睡眠質(zhì)量、焦慮評(píng)分低(P0.05),超聲組的操作用時(shí)少及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低(P0.05)。結(jié)論超聲引導(dǎo)頸淺叢阻滯下頸內(nèi)靜脈置管能提高留置舒適度,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical application of ultrasound guided internal jugular vein catheterization under superficial cervical plexus block. Methods Sixty-four patients with internal jugular vein catheterization were randomly divided into two groups: ultrasound guided superficial cervical plexus block group and control group. Pain score, comfort score, sleep quality, anxiety score, puncture time and complications were recorded in both groups. Results compared with the control group, the pain score of the ultrasound group was lower than that of the control group at 612 h after internal jugular vein puncture, the sleep quality and anxiety score were lower after 48 hours of high comfort score (P0.05), the operation time and the incidence of complications were lower in the ultrasound group (P0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided internal jugular vein catheterization under superficial cervical plexus block can improve the comfort of indwelling and is worth popularizing.
