【摘要】：目的：探討尺骨鷹嘴“V”型截骨入路治療復(fù)雜的肱骨髁間骨折的療效影響術(shù)后影響肘關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)的因素。方法：對(duì)我院自2008年6月至2013年9月采用經(jīng)肘后正中切口尺骨鷹嘴“V”型截骨雙鋼板固定肱骨髁間骨折23例患者回顧性研究分析。結(jié)果：本組23列患者均得到解剖復(fù)位和堅(jiān)強(qiáng)內(nèi)固定,均獲得隨訪,骨折愈合時(shí)間為術(shù)后半年至14個(gè)月,術(shù)后肘關(guān)節(jié)按Cassebaum評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)肘關(guān)節(jié)功能,其中優(yōu)16例,良4例,可2例,差1例。其中優(yōu)良率86.9%。結(jié)論：尺骨鷹嘴“V”型截骨治療復(fù)雜的成人肱骨髁間粉碎性骨折的C型骨折,可獲得解剖復(fù)位和堅(jiān)強(qiáng)內(nèi)固定和早期功能鍛煉,療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of ulnar "V" osteotomy in the treatment of complex intercondylar fracture of humerus. Methods: from June 2008 to September 2013, 23 patients with humeral intercondylar fracture were treated with ulnar "V" double plate osteotomy. Results: all the 23 patients received anatomical reduction and rigid internal fixation, and were followed up. The fracture healing time was from 6 months to 14 months after operation. The elbow function was evaluated according to the Cassebaum score, 16 cases were excellent and 4 cases were good. Fair in 2 cases, poor in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 86.9%. Conclusion: type C fracture of humeral intercondylar comminuted fracture with complex humeral condylar comminuted fracture can be treated by "V" type osteotomy of olecranon of ulna, which can obtain anatomical reduction, strong internal fixation and early functional exercise.
