3D打印技術(shù)在肝臟外科應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及展望

【摘要】:隨著3D打印技術(shù)在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的蓬勃發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)正向著數(shù)字化精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)換。精準(zhǔn)肝臟外科的特點是通過術(shù)前精準(zhǔn)評估和手術(shù)規(guī)劃、術(shù)中精細解剖止血而使患者獲得最佳康復(fù)。3D技術(shù)通過影像學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建出肝臟仿真模型,可以讓外科醫(yī)師從三維角度上充分認識肝臟,從而更好完成術(shù)前評估與規(guī)劃。生物3D打印作為近年新興的學(xué)科,未來有望解決肝移植手術(shù)供體短缺、肝臟切除術(shù)后殘肝體積不足等問題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of 3D printing technology in medical field, traditional medicine is turning to digital precision medicine. Accurate liver surgery is characterized by accurate preoperative evaluation and surgical planning, intraoperative anatomical hemostasis so that patients obtain the best rehabilitation .3D imaging data to build a liver simulation model. It allows surgeons to fully understand the liver from a three-dimensional perspective, thus improving preoperative evaluation and planning. As a new subject in recent years, biological 3D printing is expected to solve the problems of shortage of donor in liver transplantation surgery and insufficient residual liver volume after hepatectomy.
