【摘要】：目的探討臭氧治療對(duì)神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者疼痛及hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8的影響。方法選取2014年1月-2016年1月因神經(jīng)根型頸椎病到我院進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療的患者80例作為研究對(duì)象�；颊吒鶕�(jù)隨機(jī)的原則分為兩組各40例。對(duì)照組進(jìn)行射頻消融治療術(shù),觀察組采用射頻消融聯(lián)合臭氧的治療方式。以治療前后對(duì)患者的疼痛及hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8及療效進(jìn)行判定結(jié)果作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果觀察組有效率(100.0%vs 90.0%)明顯較對(duì)照組更優(yōu)(P0.05)。干預(yù)后對(duì)照組患者疼痛VAS評(píng)分(5.88±0.84 vs 4.51±0.54)分及hs-CRP(20.89±1.82 vs 11.59±1.60)mg/L、IL-6(1.33±0.17 vs 1.21±0.16)pg/ml、IL-8(29.55±2.57 vs 25.51±1.53)μg/L與觀察組患者疼痛VAS評(píng)分(6.01±0.76 vs 3.25±0.71)分及hs-CRP(21.39±1.99 vs 8.14±1.90)mg/L、IL-6(1.29±0.28 vs 1.05±0.11)pg/ml、IL-8(28.63±3.19 vs 23.18±1.10)μg/L均有明顯改善(P0.05),但觀察組各指標(biāo)改善程度更為顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論臭氧治療可顯著提高神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者的治療有效性,明顯緩解患者疼痛,降低hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of ozone therapy on pain and IL-6 IL-8 in patients with radicular cervical spondylosis. Methods from January 2014 to January 2016, 80 patients with cervical Spondylotic radiculopathy underwent surgical treatment in our hospital. According to the random principle, the patients were divided into two groups (40 cases each). The control group was treated by radiofrequency ablation and the observation group by radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone. The evaluation results of pain, hs-CRP IL-6 IL-8 and curative effect before and after treatment were taken as evaluation index.
