【摘要】：腰椎退行性疾病是引起腰背痛、功能障礙和患者生活質(zhì)量下降的一些主要原因。釘棒系統(tǒng)固定的后路腰椎椎體間融合術(shù)(posterior lumbar interbody fusion,PLIF)及經(jīng)椎間孔腰椎椎體間融合術(shù)(transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion,TLIF)仍為治療腰椎退行性疾病流行且有效的手術(shù)方式。腰椎曲度重建及矢狀面平衡的維持也越來越多的為外科醫(yī)生所重視。目前PLIF、TLIF手術(shù)中彎棒曲度為多少仍沒有統(tǒng)一的共識。決定使用什么形狀的棒往往取決于術(shù)者的喜好和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文通過傳統(tǒng)的檢索方式檢索相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并對檢索出的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及文獻(xiàn)中相關(guān)的引文進(jìn)行回顧。作者知道這種傳統(tǒng)的檢索方法與薈萃分析相比存在很大的偏倚,無論如何作者都盡最大努力包含更多相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn),并開闊思維,作者也咨詢了脊柱手術(shù)及放射學(xué)方面的專家。
[Abstract]:Lumbar degenerative diseases are some of the main causes of low back pain, dysfunction and a decline in patients' quality of life. Posterior lumbar interbody fusion (posterior lumbar interbody) and transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (transforaminal lumbar interbody) are still popular and effective methods for the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. The reconstruction of lumbar curvature and the maintenance of sagittal balance are paid more and more attention by surgeons. At present, there is no uniform consensus on the curvature of rod in PLIF TLIF surgery. Deciding what shape to use often depends on the preferences and experience of the operator. In this paper, the related literature is searched by traditional retrieval method, and the related literatures and citations in the literature are reviewed. The authors know that this traditional retrieval method is biased against meta-analysis and try their best to include more relevant literature and broaden their thinking. The author also consults with experts in spinal surgery and radiology.
