【摘要】：目的探索脊柱外科手術的并發(fā)癥及其預防。方法選擇2015年3月~2016年3月醫(yī)院收治的脊柱外科手術患者100例為研究對象,將其進行計算機隨機分組,分為觀察組與對照組,各50例。觀察組采用前路手術治療聯(lián)合預防措施,對照組采用前路手術治療。結(jié)果觀察組患者泌尿系統(tǒng)感染發(fā)生率、下肢深靜脈血栓發(fā)生率、切口疝發(fā)生率、腦脊液漏發(fā)生率、肺炎發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組患者(P0.05)。結(jié)論通過分析脊柱外科手術常見并發(fā)癥,實施相應針對性預防措施,可取得較好療效,促進患者恢復。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the complications and prevention of spinal surgery. Methods from March 2015 to March 2016, 100 patients undergoing spinal surgery were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The observation group was treated with anterior approach combined with preventive measures, while the control group was treated with anterior approach. Results the incidence of urinary system infection, deep vein thrombosis, incisional hernia, cerebrospinal fluid leakage and pneumonia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion by analyzing the common complications of spinal surgery and implementing corresponding preventive measures, we can get better curative effect and promote the recovery of patients.
