運動力學對線在全膝關節(jié)置換術中的應用

【摘要】:全膝關節(jié)置換術(TKA)是治療終末期膝骨關節(jié)炎最有效的方式。目前TKA主要參考機械力學對線,但常導致術后膝前疼痛、膝關節(jié)活動受限和不穩(wěn)、假體早期磨損等并發(fā)癥。近年來有學者提出運動力學對線TKA,旨在恢復膝關節(jié)正常生物力學狀態(tài)。臨床研究顯示,運動力學對線TKA在提高術后膝關節(jié)功能評分、改善膝關節(jié)活動度及增加患者滿意度等方面較機械力學對線TKA存在優(yōu)勢。該文就運動力學對線在TKA中的應用作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is the most effective treatment for end-stage knee osteoarthritis. At present, TKA mainly refers to mechanical alignment, but often leads to postoperative anterior knee pain, knee joint movement limitation and instability, prosthesis early wear and other complications. In recent years, some scholars have proposed the motion mechanics alignment (TKAA), which aims to restore the normal biomechanical state of the knee joint. The clinical study showed that TKA had advantages over mechanical mechanics in improving knee function score, improving knee motion and patient satisfaction. In this paper, the application of kinematics alignment in TKA is reviewed.
